Deep Vision is not responsible for the improper use of its website or its services, nor for any damages that may arise, including, without limit, damages, losses or expenses direct or indirect, arising in connection with the use of the Webpage or its services or the inability to use, in relation to any failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission or failure of the line system.

Visual Intelligence allows users to identify brands, logos and products within an image given by the user. Deep Vision allows free use of Visual Intelligence demos by granting a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use and permitted by the features of the Services.

The present relation exclusively for the use of the "demo" will be interpreted and will govern according to the Argentinian Legislation. The parties undertake to try to resolve amicably and/or through mediation any disagreement that may arise, prior to coming to the jurisdiction contemplated.
