Deep Vision is not responsible for the improper use of its website or its services, nor for any damages that may arise, including, without limit, damages, losses or expenses direct or indirect, arising in connection with the use of the website or its services or the inability to use, in relation to any failure, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission or failure of the line system. Deep Vision is not responsible for any of the images, logos, trademarks or other material that users upload or provide when using or requesting the service. Deep Vision's Visual Intelligence API allows you to understand images and videos from the content you own or from an url. In particular Visual Intelligence API allows you to analyze faces, brands and context to identify people, demographics, products, brands, logos, context, etc. By offering this Service, Deep Vision is not claiming a commercial link or relationship with any of the owners of the logos. Deep Vision does not endorse or oppose any of the owners of the logos; Visual Intelligence has not been sponsored, sponsored or contracted by the owners of the images or logos. Visual face allows you to detect and recognize celebrities and other people you are interested in recognizing, by adding 4-10 photos per person. It also provides demographic information about people like age and gender, based on face appearances. Visual brands allow you to detect and recognize the brands appearing in images and videos by analyzing logos. New custom logos can be added upon request. Through Visual Context, you can predict tags and concepts over a wide range of general topics. By combining it with Visual Face and Visual Brand you can discover under which context this people and brands are appearing in your images. All the data and information that the user inputs to the API could be stored in a private and secure fashion, and might be subject to analysis, and/or could be used for training purposes to develop and improve the API or any additional Services.
Deep Vision allows free use of Visual Intelligence API online demos by granting a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable, freely revocable license to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use and permitted by the features of the services. The present relation exclusively for the use of the service will be interpreted and will govern according to the Argentinean Legislation. The parties undertake to try to resolve amicably and/or through mediation any disagreement that may arise, prior to coming to the jurisdiction contemplated.
